Dynapower Expands Energy Storage Capacity Of Microgrid At Company HQ
Dynapower Company, the leading provider of energy storage inverters, has expanded the capacity and performance of its microgrid at company headquarters in South Burlington, Vermont.
It has added 375 kW or 250 kWh of lithium-titanate batteries manufactured by Microvast Power Solutions.
The microgrid currently already includes 100 kW of PV systems, 100 kW of wind power, and 750 kW of additional battery storage capacity.
It is meant to provide local load support and demonstrate grid resilience and renewable energy integration by showcasing how Dynapower’s energy storage inverters can deliver efficient microgrid power conversion.
Dynapower inverters are deployed globally as grid-tied energy storage inverters and as microgrid inverters enabling increased penetration of wind and solar power sources. Microvast started out as a developer of rapid-charge batteries for electric vehicles but has since expanded its business to serve grid energy storage applications.
