Meet a new active energy material that can both generate and store solar energy at the same time.
Preliminary tests determined that the material had up to 26 hours of energy capacity, and with further enhancements, could increase that duration even further.
According to Premier Global Holdings President, John Crawford, this technology is one of the first to ever generate and store solar energy simultaneously in such a highly efficient, low-cost format.
While the technology was developed primarily for household usage, it will most likely be applied to any infrastructure, especially in countries without a stable supply of energy.
