Biography

As the Director, Deakin Energy, Adrian consolidates the university’s value proposition in microgrid development, energy generation, distribution, storage, energy demand management and the corresponding economic policy and regulatory frameworks that impact on those systems. Responsibilities include delivery of the 7.25MW solar and storage microgrid on the Deakin University Waurn Ponds campus to address research, energy cost and sustainability objectives.

Adrian’s executive experience includes leaderships roles in energy, resources, water and agrifood sectors. He has qualifications in science and business, and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
