Biography

Dani Alexander is a researcher at the Institute for Sustainable Futures who is passionate about reshaping our energy system to be clean, affordable, reliable and equitable. She specialises in distributed energy resources to promote energy system flexibility. Her background is cross-disciplinary, reflecting the nature of her work bridging the gap between new technology and markets.

Dani’s ethos is to give more and take less. She believes in leveraging great ideas to build waves of impact.

Dani is an editorial board member of Ecogeneration magazine, a mother, and an ultimate frisbee athlete.
