Biography
Luc specializes in analysing electrical systems and the issues related to their decentralization. He has accompanied many players (Startups, Project Developers, Network Managers) on their energy storage strategy. One of his current work focuses on microgrids and the energy autonomy of isolated or non-isolated sites, on which he has published two studies.
Luc areas of interest include energy markets, both in their short-term and prospective developments. Luc has notably contributed to missions of foresight (2030 – 2050), strategic positioning and the construction of new offers for many industrialists as well as missions of support and evaluation of investment projects.
Luc is a graduate of HEC Paris (Programme Grande Ecole) and École Polytechnique (Master 2 in innovation management), where he was able to acquire skills in managing innovative projects, particularly disruptive, in industrial companies.
