Peter Davis

Peter has more than 15 years’ experience in the energy sector focusing on project development and financing, M&A, wholesale contracting and market regulation. Peter has negotiated long term off take contracts for a range of energy projects utilising a variety of contractual structures. He works with offtakers, project financiers and proponents on large scale wind and solar generators, gas turbine generators and utility scale battery projects in Australia and overseas. Peter also regularly advises industry participants, government and regulators on energy market reform including the NSW Government on the design and implementation of its NSW Electricity Strategy and the Emerging Energy Program.
