Romina Arefin pursued her Bachelor of Electrical Power Engineering at Glasgow Caledonian University. After Three years of theoretical and practical studies including projects based on simulation and design software, programming as well as electronic hardware. Developed team working skills, leadership skills and project management.
Currently, she is working at UK Power Networks as Innovation Engineer, particularly around low carbon technology. Romina is currently working on Domestic demand side response and enabling low carbon technology access for all customer groups.
She believes that technology is here to improve quality of life and she is dedicating her career into ensuring we all have access to smart greener cleaner affordable energy.
