New Residential Energy Storage System for European Homes
This fall, Europe will welcome the arrival of AU Optronics’s new residential storage system, PowerLegato. The all-in-one energy storage system will be unveiled at Intersolar Europe exhibition this month and reach homes by Fall.
The product will be eligible for Germany’s newly-introduced photovoltaic storage incentive program, which provides a subsidy for solar power with every purchase of new battery storage for photovoltaic systems. In order to minimise installation time, PowerLegato arrives with fewer components, which include the charger, energy management system, and battery modules.
A hybrid inverter and charger design developed by the company will ensure reliable power independence, safe use and lasting batteries.
