Sungevity And Sonnenbatterie Announce A New Partnership – Energy Storage World Forum

Sungevity, the largest private solar company in the US, is partnering with Sonnebatterie, a leading provider of smart energy storage in Europe.

Starting in the second half of 2015, Sungevity will supply Sonnenbatterie’s smart home energy storage systems to customers in the US and Europe.

This will allow home owners to consume more of their own solar energy, enjoy reduced costs and have access to backup power during outages.

Sungevity leverages proprietary remote solar design technology to make it easy and affordable for homeowners to benefit from solar power. Sonnebatterie’s sophisticated storage systems incorporate Sony’s Fortelion lithium-ion cells that have a reputable 10,000 charge cycles. Apart from residential storage solutions, Sonnebatterie also provides commercial energy storage for small businesses and hotels.
