Different aspects of hydrogen as a new and developing energy vector

The world of energy is moving toward more and more renewable energies capacities. In order to store the maximum of these new energies, a series of different technologies need to be developed and implemented. Batteries are of course very famous and widely spread. However when it comes to store very large amounts of energy, and over a long period of time, technologies such as pumped hydro, compressed air and hydrogen are to be considered.

Mr. Shoentgen will touch upon the different aspects of hydrogen as a new and developing energy vector, allowing both storage and transportation of green energy in his presentation “Solving the logistics of Large-scale deployment of hydrogen electrosys and storage to connect intermitten renewable generation“.
